Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky: Expecting!

Chris Hemsworth has a very busy 2012 in front of him.

The actor will play a key role in the summer blockbuster The Avengers and has also now confirmed that he's expecting his first child with wife Elsa Pataky.

The actors got married in December 2010 and, according to their rep, are "delighted and very excited" to become parents.

"Having the person that you love by your side and starting a family with them is the best thing that can happen to you in this life. You can't ask for more," Pataky tells ¡Hola!.

Brooks' suit against Okla. hospital goes to trial

CLAREMORE, Okla. (AP) ? Country music star Garth Brooks is suing an Oklahoma hospital that he says reneged on a promise to name a building after his late mother in exchange for a $500,000 donation.

Brooks' lawsuit against Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital in Yukon seeks the return of the December 2005 donation. The trial at the Rogers County District Court begins Tuesday.

Brooks says hospital officials showed him mock-ups of buildings bearing Colleen Brooks' name and told him his donation was earmarked for such a project.

The hospital denies any wrongdoing and in court filings says Brooks' donation was "anonymous and unconditional."

4 women held in Mexican child-trafficking case (AP)

MEXICO CITY ? Investigators say four women are being held in the western Mexican city of Guadalajara in connection with an apparent child-trafficking ring that aimed to supply babies to childless Irish couples.

The Jalisco state prosecutor's office says a 21-year-old woman has been arrested after a relative reported that she was "renting out" one of her children.

The woman said she had been paid to give the child to a group of three women who needed baby pictures for legitimate advertising purposes.

Investigators found the other three women were taking the child and several others to a hotel where Irish couples believed they were going to adopt them.

Officials are investigating whether the Irish couples and Mexican mothers were tricked.

Kayte Walsh Pregnant with Kelsey Grammer's Fifth Child

Kelsey Grammer will soon be a father again.

People Magazine reports that the actor and wife Kayte Walsh are expecting a baby, as the 32-year old is in her second trimester. It will be her first child and Grammer's fifth. He is already the father to son Jude, 7, and daughter Mason, 10, with Camille Grammer; daughter Greer, 19, with Barrie Buckner; and daughter Spencer, 28, with Doreen Alderman.

Walsh became pregnant for the first time in 2010, but sadly suffered a miscarriage in October of that year. We wish her full health and happiness this time around.
